Terms and Conditions King's Court & Banquet Hall will provide you with the finest meeting & banquet facilities service. Our banquet facility was designed to accommodate meetings, conventions, wedding receptions and special dinner functions, as well as small intimate gatherings. The following rules and regulations apply to contracting a function with the King's Court. This contract must be signed and returned to us within 10 days with a deposit before function space will formally be reserved for your function. If not received within the given time, King's Court reserves the right to release the function space, date and time to another party.
Deposit & Payment
A deposit of $300.00 is required on all catering contract estimates. This amount will be credited to your final payment. If you should cancel your event date, for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded up to 90 days prior to the event. Less than 90 days prior, the deposit will be forfeited. Final payment is due, unless specified, less deposits, no later than 7 days prior to the event. Payments must be made by cash, money order, certified check, or credit card. There is a $50 fee for all returned checks. Payment is required on the day of your function for any additional expenses. Room Rental
Room rental is $350.00 per function. Function space is reserved for a 4 hour time period. Additional time will be billed at $125.00 per hours. Menu
Clients must notify the Banquet Coordinator of their final menu no later than 14 days prior to scheduled events. This will ensure that all menu items will be available. King's Court & Banquet Hall will be the sole provider of all food and beverages served in the banquet facilities. No food or beverage is to be brought in or removed from the banquet facilities by the patrons or their guests. Prices
All contract prices are guaranteed up to 6 months with the intial deposit for an event. King's Court & Banquet Hall reserves the right to all food & beverage prices and are subject to change without notice. Tax & Service Charge
All contracts are subject to an 8% New Hampshire Sales Tax and 18% service charge. Non-profit organizations must provide valid state tax ID number. Guarantee
A final guarantee on the head count for a function is due no later than 7 days prior to an event. Final guarantee can not be less than the original count on signed contract. If the head count is lower than original count, client is responsible for full payment. A final bill will be based on the guarantee head count or actual number served whichever is greater. A head count will be taken for all events. Liquor Service
A full liquor & bar service will be provided upon request. Minimum guarantee of $300.00 sales per function | Linen
For most events, white tablecloths and napkins will be included. Colored tablecloths and napkins are optional. If available an additional fee may apply. Seating
Seating set up requirements must be submitted one week prior to the event. Formal head table/bridal party table, gift tables, cake table, and/or registration table may be provided. Loss or Damage to Personal Property,
Equipment or Facilities
Patron agree to be responsible for any damage done to all equipment and facilities during the time on premises, including but not limited to, damage or excessive clean up made by outside agencies during setup or break down. King's Court is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal property which you or your guest leave at King's Court before, during, or after the use of the facilities. The client hereby covenants and agress to save and hold King's Court, its subsequent subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, and employee harmless for, from and against all liabilities, loss, cost, expenses, including attorney fees, judgments, claims, and demands of accidents, injury, or damage whether to individuals or personal property which occurs before, at, in, upon, about, or in any matter connected with the stay at King's Court. |
